Heads of Am Law 200 firms are surveyed about their thoughts about and optimism toward the current economy, as well as law firm management issues such as billing rates, alternative billing practices, cost reductions and training and staffing challenges. Some percentages do not add up to 100 due to rounding. Others may exceed 100 percent because firms were allowed to select multiple responses. Not all firms answered all questions. |
